• Hand-crafted leather carving buddies require 25-35 business days for completion after order confirmation. Other custom items generally require 5-7business days for production after order confirmation
• Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays
• You'll receive a production completion notification via email

2. How do I submit the details for my pet's custom stamp?

There are two easy ways.

First, during the checkout process on our website, you'll find an upload button where you can directly attach high-quality photos of your pet. Make sure the pictures clearly show the features you want on the stamp;

Second, you can also send an email to our dedicated customization email address, info@buddycopies.com, with your order number (if already placed), a detailed description of what you want, and the photos attached.

3. What photo quality is required for the best results?

High-resolution photos with clear lighting and sharp focus work best.The more detail in the photo, the more accurately we can replicate your pet's features on the stamp. Blurry or poorly lit pictures may lead to less precise results.

4. How long does it take to make a pet custom stamp?

Production times typically range from 3 - 7 business days. This includes the time to design, carve, and quality-check the stamp. However, during peak seasons or if there are unforeseen production issues, it could take a bit longer. We'll keep you updated via email if there are any delays.

5. What materials are used for the pet custom stamps? 

Our pet custom stamps are made from high-quality rubber or resin, depending on the type of stamp you order. Rubber stamps are great for ink-based applications, while resin stamps can offer more durability and a cleaner, more detailed impression, especially for use with special inks or embossing powders.

6. Can I use the pet custom stamp for multiple purposes?

Yes, you can! The stamps are versatile. You can use them for personal projects like making greeting cards, gift tags, or customizing your pet's belongings. They're also suitable for small business owners who might want to create pet-themed merchandise, such as stickers or labels.

7. Is it safe to use the pet custom stamp around my pet?

The materials used in our stamps are non-toxic. However, we recommend keeping the stamp and any associated ink or embossing powders out of your pet's reach, as ingestion could still cause discomfort or illness. Store them in a secure location when not in use.

8. How accurate will the stamp be compared to my pet's photo?

Our skilled artisans do their best to capture every detail, but there may be some minor differences. The stamp is a handcrafted item, and certain very fine details, like the tiniest hairs or the most subtle shading in a photo, might not be replicated exactly. But overall, we aim to achieve a very high level of likeness.

9. What if I'm not satisfied with the pet custom stamp?

If you're not satisfied, please contact our customer support within 14 days of receiving the stamp. If the issue is due to a manufacturing error, like a misprint or a damaged stamp, we'll either remake the stamp for you at no cost or offer a full refund. If it's a matter of personal preference, we'll try to find a way to make adjustments or offer a partial refund, depending on the situation.
