1. Processing Time
- Hand-crafted leather carving buddies require 25-35 business days for completion after order confirmation. Other custom items generally require 5-7business days for production after order confirmation
- Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays
- You'll receive a production completion notification via email
2. Shipping Options & Costs
- We partner with trusted international carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, Yunexpress, etc.) for reliable delivery, and the fees are calculated at checkout
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $49
- Custom packaging and gift notes available
3. Order Tracking
- Real-time tracking link sent via SMS/email upon dispatch
- 24/7 online parcel monitoring
- Customs clearance updates included
4. Delivery Issues
- Address errors: Contact us within 24 hours of tracking notification
- Delayed shipments: Initiate investigation after 3 business days past ETA
- Lost packages: File claim after 10 business days; we'll reship or refund

Returns Eligibility

- If you really cannot feel the bond between you and your revised buddy tailored for you and the buddy is eligible as stated above, please also follow the follow notes to return the buddy.
