· Free design proof confirmation via video/photo
· 48-hour modification window post-approval
Pre-Shipment Assurance
· Visual confirmation: Receive detailed photos/video of your finished product before shipping
· Free design adjustments: Request modifications until you're 100% satisfied
· Reply “APPROVED” to release for production.
Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of the final sale items, where our time is spent hand crafting your pet and once we send the artwork to you, we cannot recall this without reason. However we still support conditions for returns:

•If you really cannot feel the bond between you and your revised buddy tailored for you and the buddy is eligible as stated above, please also follow the follow notes to return the buddy.

➤ Shows no signs of damage/wear
➤ Returns in original protective packaging
➤ Returns with free gifts.
Non-Returnable Items

Note that international orders’ shipping, duties/taxes and rush are also NOT refundable.

Non-Refundable:
Due to the customized nature of the products that we produce at Buddy Copies, we cannot offer returns on these products. Your custom artwork is designed with care and is entirely personal to you and your pet.
Here are the products:
Handbags, Jewelry, Mugs, Blankets, Socks, Pajamas, Pillows, Portraits, Knit Sweaters, Tumblers, Yoga Mats, All apparel, Phone cases, Accessories Gift Cards & Plush products.

• Return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery
• Full refund (excluding shipping fees) processed in 5-7 business days
• Free return shipping for defective/non-conforming items
