Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of the final sale items, where our time is spent hand crafting your pet and once we send the artwork to you, we cannot recall this without reason. However we still support conditions for returns:

Due to the customized nature of the products that we produce at Buddy Copies, we cannot offer returns on these products. Your custom artwork is designed with care and is entirely personal to you and your pet.

3. How do I submit my custom leather carving design?
You can submit your design via uploading button on the product page and send us an email to info@buddycopies.com with a clear description of the design, and your order No.(if you have placed an order) and attach any visual references in high-resolution formats like JPEG or PNG. If you're still in the ordering process, there's also a dedicated design upload section on our product customization page.
4. What types of leather products can be carved?
Most of our leather products are suitable candidates for carving. This includes leather wallets, belts, bags, and even some leather accessories like keychains. However, the complexity of the carving may vary depending on the size and shape of the item. Our customer support can guide you on the best options for your specific design.
5. How long does it take to complete a leather carving project?
The time frame depends on the intricacy of the design. Simple, single designs can be completed within 40 business days, while highly elaborate, multi-pattern projects may take up to 50 business days. This is in addition to the normal production and shipping times for your order. We'll always give you an estimated completion date when you place your order.
6. Will the leather carving affect the durability of the product?
Not negatively. In fact, when done properly, leather carving can enhance the product's durability. The carving process compresses and strengthens the leather fibers around the carved areas. However, like any leather product, proper care, such as regular conditioning and avoiding overexposure to water, will keep your carved item in great shape for years.
7. Can I have colors added to my leather carved item?
Yes, you can. After the carving process, we can apply leather dyes or stains to add color to your item. You can choose from our standard color palette, or if you have a specific color match in mind, send us a sample or a color code, and we'll do our best to achieve it.

If the issue was due to our error, like a misinterpretation of your design, we'll redo the carving at no cost or offer a full refund, depending on the severity of the problem.
